tomboy style

 I was never a girly-girl. my mom never forced me into frilly dresses unless it was a church holiday or a big family gathering. but that all stopped by the time I was 7. there were times when I wanted to wear dresses, but I would still run around and get grass stains and scabs on my knees.

even today my style is less girly-girl frills and leans more towards the tomboy style. so when I first discovered this blog, tomboy style, I was giddy. they post the best pictures of tomboy styles from the past and present. it's one of those sites where I want to save all the pictures for inspiration.

in the mid-90's is when I started caring about fashion. I was still in elementary school and things I loved were baby tees with disgustingly cute faces of puppies (or cartoon girls with attitudes), native american tribal jumpsuits (yes, and it was green), denim coveralls, and floral everything.

I guess what I loved back then still has a soft spot in my heart, but my love for floral has multiplied.

hello ambition

where did I come up with hello ambition? it's the newest album by coltrane motion. the album is a great listen and here is a track off the album that I really like.

my first post

this is the first post ever for hello ambition~ how exciting! I intend to use this blog as a place to post anything and everything that inspires me whether it be fashion, interior design, food, and anything else. and so let's begin this adventure!! and why not visit my vintage shop on etsy.
